Assistant Service Manager at General RV Center

Responsibilities- Lead service operations and supervise service employees under limited supervision by the Service Manager.
- Train service employees to operate at optimal efficiency.
- Dispatch work orders to technicians.
- Identify and provide solutions for issues to avoid escalation.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to manage a high volume service department.
- Interview and select service personnel at the store level.
- Ensure the service division runs smoothly and works in conjunction with Parts and Sales.
- Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reports.
- Prior service management experience is a must. Preferably in RV or automotive.
- Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.
- Results driven and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to listen and provide solutions to customer issues.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Prior service management experience is required. Preferably in RV or automotive.
