What You’ll Be Doing- Perform full diagnostics and advanced mechanical repairs on muscle cars and custom builds
- Fabricate and weld custom components for fit, function, and form
- Lead projects from teardown through delivery, managing workflow and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members and update clients on progress
- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 techs, sharing knowledge and fostering skill development
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree in automotive technology preferred
- 10–15 years of hands‑on experience in high-performance or restoration environments
- Mastery of diagnostics, welding, fabrication, and drivetrain systems
- Ability to manage complex custom projects independently
- Deep knowledge of aftermarket parts, upgrades, and chassis tuning
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- $35–$45/hr. starting pay, based on experience
