, you’ll be at the center of our distribution and transportation ecosystem—empowering our teams, enhancing system performance, and ensuring our stores and customers get what they need, when they need it.

In this role, you’ll become a trusted problem‑solver, collaborator, and technical expert. You will:

• Manage the daily workflow across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), outbound routing platforms, and order entry tools.
• Act as a key liaison between Logistics, Operations, and IT to keep all systems running smoothly.

• Work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Vendors, Trucking partners, and other providers to ensure exceptional service at every step.
• Collaborate with the Demand Management team to resolve retail ordering or replenishment issues.

• Train new associates on WMS, ITM, Order Entry, and related hardware or troubleshooting processes.
• Serve as the go‑to technical resource for your area, troubleshooting system issues and guiding best practices.

• Recommend enhancements to workflows, processes, or standard procedures.
• Support the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proactively manage day‑to‑day challenges involving order flow, system exceptions, and operational disruptions.

• Analyze business trends using consumer insights and system data to support smarter retail operations.
• Help drive change, innovation, and continuous improvement across our distribution network.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and hands‑on experience.
• Experience with tools such as SEGA, DSS, Llama Soft, WMS, PFT, Inforem, Tableau, Revionics, and MSP.
• Proven success collaborating with vendors, transportation providers, and third‑party partners.

• Understanding of trucking, distribution, replenishment logistics, and industry practices.
• Solid foundational knowledge of supply chain processes and technologies.
