Location
Nearly 100% remote -- may need to collaborate onsite occasionally in Salisbury, NC office
Responsibilities- Complete setup and configuration of Windows 11 computers following established procedures and scripts
- Install and configure required software applications and device settings
- Perform data entry to track device status, configuration steps, and project progress
- Use Excel and Microsoft Office tools to document work and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with team members regarding setup progress or technical issues
- Troubleshoot basic setup problems and elevate when necessary
- Send email notifications to users regarding their device upgrade
- Strong computer knowledge with experience using Windows operating systems
- Background in desktop support, IT help desk, or a similar technical role preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and documented processes
