The Solution Delivery Analyst - Cloud Ops serves as a lead technical subject matter expert (SME) for assigned systems, services or applications. This role leads solution delivery of mid‑ to large‑sized IT initiatives, provides third‑level production support, engages with engineers, monitors supplier performance, and recommends operational improvements for system stability.

• Lead Technical SME for systems, services and applications across functional areas.
• Coach and mentor team members to increase technical knowledge.
• Lead mid‑to‑scale projects, driving activities such as resource and budget management, translating business needs into agile stories or waterfall requirements, building technical specifications, preparing test matrices, executing system integration testing, documenting results, and collaborating with Solution Engineers on solution delivery.
• Prepare Run Book documentation and support production hand‑over.
• Participate in Solution Implementation and post‑production hyper‑care support.
• Deliver third‑level technical support for application and systems services, managing performance and service level expectations.
• Engage with engineers and product teams, providing solution delivery and operational support.
• Lead root‑cause analysis on complex issues and recommend continuous performance improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of related experience in technology roles.
• Experience leading teams directly or indirectly.
• Experience guiding, training, or onboarding team members.
• Ability to take ownership of mid‑to‑large projects from start to finish with minimal direction.
• Strong analytical skills for complex problem solving.
• Desire to produce quality work and trace issues to their source.
• Judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

• Master’s degree or advanced certifications in relevant fields.
• Experience with Agile teams and a Product/Platform operating model.
• Experience leading teams or advancing technical capabilities.
• Retail or grocery environment experience.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Pulumi.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm for containerization and orchestration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops).
• Networking and security fundamentals (VPCs, firewalls, IAM, encryption, compliance).
• Monitoring and logging tools (Datadog).
• Programming for automation (Bash, Python, Power Shell).
• Configuration management skills (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Performance management focus on optimizing cloud resources and cost accounting.
