The Analyst of Vendor Master Data Management (VMDM) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and the VMDM solution within ADUSA. Their primary responsibility is to analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement or automation and to work with the business to deploy new capabilities inside the solution.

Flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in‑person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.

Essential Job Functions
  • Responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by defining and prioritizing key capabilities to optimize the product lifecycle inside the existing VMDM tool; championing customer needs to the Product team and working with Product to prioritize the backlog from a business value perspective.
  • Translate business product goals and objectives into clear business requirements documents and partner with the Product Team to develop actionable product strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT, Product and 3rd party tool support to ensure the tool’s functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Lead training and system demos for all users and lead end‑to‑end UAT and ticket support.
  • Responsible for the development of relevant test scripts and driving UAT activities; participate in scrum ceremonies and support change‑management activities (training, communications).
  • Ensure end users are well supported and IT tickets/root‑cause analysis are completed within department SLA’s; first line of defense for escalation.
  • Implement data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of the vendor setup tool and identify areas for improvement; prepare and present reports to leadership highlighting tool performance and process enhancements.
  • Domain applications/process expert across legacy systems and VMDM.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our values.
Qualifications
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis until the end of the appointment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project management (Agile/Product Teams), operations, or product lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of vendor setup management processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts.
  • Analytical mindset using data to drive decision‑making and process improvements.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for product management, project management, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certifications.
  • Knowledge of existing Vendor Management System.
Salary Range

ME/NC/PA/SC: $63,440–$95,160
IL/MA/MD: $72,880–$109,320
