Ataccama Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Ataccama Engineer with expertise in versions 14 or 15 to lead data governance initiatives. This lead role requires deep knowledge of Data Cataloging, Data Quality, and Data Lineage within the Ataccama ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, make key architecture decisions, and mentor technical teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and optimization of Ataccama (v14 or v15) across modules:
  Data Cataloging, Data Quality, and Data Lineage.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to business teams, providing consultative guidance on best practices and Ataccama capabilities.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Train and mentor the technical team on Ataccama platform functionalities and workflows.
• Ensure successful configuration and deployment of One Desktop.
• Support cloud infrastructure setup and server configuration related to Ataccama.
• Contribute to overall data governance strategy and policy development.

• Hands-on experience with Ataccama One (version 14 or 15)
• Expertise in Data Cataloging, Data Quality, and Data Lineage modules
• Strong experience with One Desktop
• Excellent communication and consultative skills with the ability to influence business decisions
• Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and server configuration
• Proven ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership role within a data governance or Ataccama-focused team

Experience working in enterprise-level data governance environments
