The Sr HR Representative role has a national salary range of $70,000 – $115,000. For roles within Washington the range is $77,969 – $115,000.

Job Description

We’re looking for top‑notch Sr. HR Representatives to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. This fast‑paced role requires a proactive, energetic approach and a strong commitment to creating a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters that may impact people within the organization
  • Act as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates
  • Drive initiatives and activities in support of site climate and culture
  • Manage and conduct internal investigations as needed
  • Ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and laws related to Human Resources activities
  • Administer audit activities for compliance within HR policies and procedures
  • Train managers on interviewing, hiring, termination, promotion, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment policies
  • Provide feedback and coaching to managers; actively listen and ask clarifying questions regarding associates
  • Manage staffing, succession planning, and associate programs and processes
  • Implement and manage training and development activities, monitoring effectiveness
  • Administer compensation and benefits systems, processes, and employee communications
  • Administer action planning activities related to the annual EOS process
  • Maintain compliance with performance management systems
  • Enter and maintain data in the HRMS system
Required

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience with exposure to all major HR functional areas
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience partnering with senior management
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, systems, labor law, HR best practices, conflict resolution, investigations, data analytics, training facilitation, and onboarding preferred
