Novant Health Rowan Medical Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic rehabilitation team!

• Delivers care that is consistent with the occupational therapy practice act in the appropriate state and adheres to AOTA Code of Ethics.
• Completes patient evaluations and treatments independently while maintaining patient safety.
• Requires infrequent guidance/mentoring for complex or non-routine patients.
• Appropriately seeks guidance and assistance when necessary.
• Independently establishes / implements treatment goals and plans based on patient input and evaluation and assessment results.
• Reassesses outcomes and modifies goals and plans to meet changing needs of the patient. Schedules patient activities according to patient individual needs.
• Demonstrates technical competencies and job knowledge involving unusual or infrequent circumstances.
• Appropriately delegates tasks to support personnel.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate from an accredited OT assistant program, required.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Appropriate state OT assistant license, required.
