Rowan Medical Center, Salisbury, NC

Sign‑on bonus up to $7,500 and relocation up to $7,500 available.

• Lead and collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Use best scientific evidence and compassionate communication to support patients and families.
• Manage care in accordance with current policies, procedures, and RN licensure requirements.
• Promote a safe patient environment driven by the “First Do No Harm” principle.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Licensure:
  Current RN licensure in North Carolina required; ENPC, TNCC, or CEN preferred.
• Experience:
  
  One year relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Additional: NC state approved restrictive intervention curricula within 3 months of hire required.
• Reactivation: RN license inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more must complete a Board‑approved refresher course and apply for reinstatement within one year of completion.
