Group Cyber Security Office – PMO, CMO, BMO Specialist

As a BMO/PMO/CMO Specialist, you will provide dedicated support in Portfolio Management (PMO), Budget Management (BMO), and Change Management (CMO) within the Group Cyber Security Office, including Identity and Access Management. Reporting into the Lead PMO/CMO/BMO, you will ensure operational excellence by maintaining data quality, supporting project managers, executing financial processes, and facilitating change initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to the cybersecurity department’s ability to deliver projects on time, manage budgets effectively, and implement changes smoothly.

responsibilities of your role

Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

Portfolio Management and Project Delivery (PMO)
  • Support project managers with planning, reporting, and documentation aligned to Group Enterprise Platform (GEP) IT governance processes
  • Collect, process, and validate portfolio data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide portfolio insights and analytics
  • Assist in portfolio planning and budget cycles
  • Provide training and onboarding support for associates on portfolio processes and tooling
Budget Management (BMO)
  • Execute financial processes including purchase order creation, invoicing, and reconciliation in Coupa and other systems
  • Support project managers and budget owners in understanding actuals and preparing budgets/ETCs
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and administration rules
  • Perform timesheet verification and follow up on inconsistencies
  • Provide accurate reporting on project and operational financials
Change Management (CMO)
  • Support the implementation of change initiatives within the cybersecurity department
  • Prepare communication materials and ensure stakeholders are informed of upcoming changes, impacts, and benefits
  • Monitor and report on change effectiveness using cybersecurity metrics
  • Assist in coordinating with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to align changes with strategic goals
