This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Laborer based in Salisbury, NC. The Laborer will assist in various construction tasks, including operating machinery, handling materials, setting up and dismantling work zones, and maintaining a clean and safe job site. Additional responsibilities include complying with safety regulations, supporting team members, and contributing to the successful completion of infrastructure projects. Candidates should be capable of performing physically demanding work in various outdoor conditions.
Qualifications- Ability to safely handle tools and materials and follow safety protocols
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and handle heavy lifting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with coworkers
- Experience in aerial construction, underground construction, or similar industries is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are highly desirable
