This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer role based in Salisbury, NC. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and collaborating with the leadership team to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include financial oversight, operational efficiency, business development, and establishing long-term plans to strengthen the company  position in the entertainment industry. Additional responsibilities include fostering relationships with industry stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the company  mission.

• Experience in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
• Proficiency in Operations Management to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation
• Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to guide long-term organizational growth
• Expertise in Sales, including identifying growth opportunities and building relationships with industry partners
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams
• Clear and effective communication, with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Previous leadership experience in the entertainment or music industry is a significant advantage
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
