We are seeking a Sales Partner who thrives in consultative sales, builds trust quickly, and can manage a full sales cycle with confidence and clarity.
Role Overview :The Sales Partner is responsible for:
- Generating leads
- Managing the full sales cycle
- Presenting MTI’s services
- Closing new clients
- Maintaining client relationships
- Supporting renewals and add‑on services
This role is commission‑only with uncapped earning potential. You will represent MTI with professionalism, clarity, and founder‑level communication.
This is not MLM or multi‑level. There is no buy‑in, no downlines, and no recruiting. Sales Partners earn commission only on the clients they personally bring in.
What You’ll Do:- Prospect and generate your own leads
- Conduct outreach (email, phone, Linked In)
- Present MTI’s recruiting solutions clearly and confidently
- Close new business with clean, simple proposals
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for renewals and add‑on services
- Work directly with the Founder
- Provide weekly pipeline updates
- Follow MTI’s communication and documentation standards
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client‑facing roles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Self‑motivation, discipline, and comfort working independently in a 1099 structure
- A genuine interest in helping people advance their careers
- You’re a Closer — you know how to move conversations forward and land commitments with confidence and integrity
- Commission on all new client contracts
- Commission on Renewals
- Commission on add‑on services
- Uncapped earning potential
You earn commission on new contracts, renewals, and add‑on services. Commission rates are based on the type of product, not the timing of the sale. You control your pipeline and your income.

This role is structured as a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractors maintain autonomy over how they structure their work while delivering agreed‑upon outcomes. As a contractor role, this position is not eligible for employer‑sponsored benefits, including ACA‑mandated health coverage.
