Solar Sales Consultant; Eastern Shore

Job Overview

We are seeking a Solar Sales Consultant to promote and sell solar energy solutions to a diverse range of buyers, including business owners, C-level executives, farmers, and homeowners.

• Skilled:
  Confident communicator with a proven ability to build relationships. Experience in outside sales is preferred but not required. Comfortable engaging with all types of buyers, including business owners, C-level executives, farmers, and homeowners. Strong organizational skills and a drive to succeed.
• Knowledgeable:
  Connected in your community and enjoy meeting new people. Whether you already have relationships with business owners and decision-makers or are eager to build them, you’re confident reaching out, starting conversations, and helping others understand the value of solar energy. Willing to make cold calls, learn consultative selling, and grow into an exceptional closer.
• Passionate:
  Highly self‑motivated with a strong self‑starter mentality. Enjoy continuous learning and always seek ways to improve and grow.
• Team Player:
  Humble, excellent communicator, self‑starter with a creative mindset and eagerness to embrace challenges both externally and internally.

• $80,000 to $100,000 annually, offset by commissions earned with no cap on annual earnings plus bonus opportunities.
