Walmart Stores - 2700 North Salisbury Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in events.;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy, and securing items for pickup.;
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.;
Drives adherence to company policies, ethics, and integrity, including Open Door Policy and standard operating procedures.;
Supports continuous improvement and adapts to change based on feedback and evolving priorities.
