General Manager

• Lead the restaurant, mentor and develop team members to ensure store success.
• Instill Wendy’s culture and motivate the team to exceed customer expectations.

Compensation:
Wendy’s General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.

You have three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations (examples: Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.). You have a strong background in restaurant operations, achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. You are passionate about developing and leading teams and strive for excellence.
