Experience:

- Conduct market research and analysis to support land management and development projects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Support the team in managing transactions from initiation to completion.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a relevant sales position or real estate position.
- Keen interest in land brokerage, development, agriculture, real estate, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, positive mental outlook and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Problem solving, critical thinking, and strong work ethic to succeed.
- Passion for the outdoors, agriculture, natural environment, and outdoor recreation.
- Land Advisor positions are classified as an Independent Contractor and are fully commission based.
- All expenses for Land Advisors beginning in the Associate level are paid by the company, including licensing fees, insurance, website, and marketing expenses.
