We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining quality systems, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement to ensure products meet customer and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the company's quality management system (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, or applicable standards.
- Lead internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits.
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor key quality metrics and report performance to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies.
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM), CQE, or similar certification.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software.
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000/annually commensurate with education and experience
