Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join our team at Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center as an LPN. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Same Day Pay.

Shift schedule: 7 AM‑3 PM, 3 PM‑11 PM, 11 PM‑7 AM.

Pay: $31‑$40 per hour. Sign‑on bonus $10,000 quarterly. Shift differentials: $3 PIB, $2.20 for 3 PM‑11 PM, $2 for 11 PM‑7 AM.

• Provide patient care in accordance with standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care.
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• Active LPN license in Maryland.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
