The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiative represents a major, long-term strategic investment aimed at driving a sustainable competitive advantage through process optimization, innovation, and technology transformation. This program will be a cornerstone of Perdue’s future, delivering transformative changes across business units to create a strong, more agile organization – benefiting employees, partners, and consumers alike.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager who will help guide Perdue through this transformational change, gain buy-in and alignment from Perdue leaders, and establish a sustainable change strategy for the BPR project. A successful candidate will have previous experience managing and leading large change management programs with a system implementation component, have strong business acumen, excellent organizational skills, and proven experience leading teams.
This position will report to the Director of Organizational Change Management within the Transformation Management Office and is based in Salisbury, Maryland. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Occasional travel may be necessary to support project activities.
The salary range for this position is $111,000 - $167,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal AndEssential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development, design, and execution of all workstream level change strategies across Learning, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications, and Leader Alignment.
- Collaborate with Workstream Leads and Project Managers to ensure alignment and effective execution across all transformation initiatives.
- Own and drive business specific change plans to ensure the journey is relevant and tailored to each business area/team impacted by the change.
- Evaluate adoption across business areas impacted by the change and adjust change plans as needed.
- Identify and manage all relevant stakeholder groups, build relationships and understanding in support of a more enhanced change experience.
- Oversee Change Agent Network engagement and coordination to build momentum around the change.
- Train and upskill team members in Change Management strategy to build additional capabilities within and across wider change team.
- Provide a creative approach to developing, planning, and executing innovative change strategies specifically tailored to meet the need of the business area impacted.
- Build relationships and confidence to influence at a senior level, both inside and outside of the organization.
- Analyze complex data to define the change impact and associated change interventions required in the change plan.
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred, in:
