Vice President of Construction

This company is looking for PREMIER candidates to fill the open position of VP of Construction
. The role is focused on overseeing commercial and residential restoration projects and requires highly motivated, proactive candidates with leadership experience.

• 3‑5+ years of management experience in restoration
• High school diploma, GED, associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Xactimate, DASH, or MICA preferred
• Strongly encouraged: IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, or Mold
• Commercial and residential construction experience
• Background in reconstruction or mitigation
• Highly motivated and proactive attitude
• Creativity and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to travel
