IT SUPPORT ANALYST

POSITION OVERVIEWIT Support Analyst works directly with end users to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of software and hardware issues in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities include onboarding new employees, setting up workstations, configuring Active Directory/Exchange accounts, maintaining in‑house computer systems, and providing end‑user training and assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide phone, email, desk‑side, and remote desktop support.
- Offer prompt and courteous customer service to a diverse client base.
- Exhibit excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Troubleshoot various operating systems, such as Windows 10 and 11.
- Manage hardware life cycle and inventory of equipment.
- Perform a variety of routines to moderately complex technical tasks in the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer equipment and systems.
- Ensure the administration, operation, and maintenance of networked and stand‑alone computer systems.
- Install hardware and software.
- Act as the customer contact with service providers and oversee the purchase of additional hardware and software systems.
- Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware.
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Hands‑on hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 software, hardware, networks, and office automation.
- Knowledge of local area networks (LANs) and current network protocols, operating systems and standards.
- Extensive equipment support experience.
- Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems.
- Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides, and create training materials as needed.
- Effective interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Self‑motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail, analytical problem‑solving abilities, and ability to prioritize tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Computer Science or related field.
- Two or more years of direct experience with end‑use support or any combination of training and experience that meets the essential skills.
Work Arrangement:
Onsite
Pay Range: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
Bonus Eligible:
This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
