The Occupational Therapist is a licensed professional responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan. This role focuses on evaluation, assessment, treatment planning, splinting, education, and collaboration to support optimal patient outcomes.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and independence
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with standards
• Participate in patient and community education initiatives

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Maryland Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to work weekends and respond during emergencies
