The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, and assessment of physical therapy services for inpatient and outpatient populations. This role focuses on individualized patient care across the lifespan, supporting functional mobility, recovery, and overall quality of life while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

• Hourly pay range: $37.87 – $58.71

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Implement and assess therapeutic interventions to support patient mobility and recovery
• Provide care tailored to each patient’s cognitive, emotional, educational, physical, and developmental needs
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams on care planning and reporting
• Assist with compiling reports and clinical data as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Medication inventory, distribution, or delivery may be required

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Current Maryland Physical Therapist licensure
• CPR certification required
• Completion of 30 continuing education contact hours or 3.0 CEUs every two years
• Previous experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to work weekends and respond during emergencies
