Occupational Therapist - Travel

Overview

Setting:
Hospital. Travel Occupational Therapist position designed to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills.

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients to regain or improve daily living skills.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely records and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor s, Master s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
