Are you a physician eager to expand your influence beyond clinical practice? The ACGME-accredited HALM Fellowship at Tidal Health offers specialized training for physicians who aspire to lead hospitals, health systems, and care delivery organizations.
As one of only a few ACGME-accredited HALM programs nationwide, we offer a unique pathway into executive-level healthcare leadership.
What Makes HALM Unique?The HALM Fellowship prepares physicians for impactful leadership roles by combining clinical experience with comprehensive administrative training. Fellows receive:
- Advanced Leadership Development
- Strengthen decision-making, strategy, change leadership, and operational management.
- Executive Mentorship
- Work directly with senior healthcare leaders and gain insight into systemwide initiatives.
- Hands-On Administrative Training
- Engage in rotations focused on operations, quality and safety, finance, population health, and strategic leadership.
- Influence a Growing Program
- Early cohorts enjoy personalized mentorship and the opportunity to help shape the program’s future.
Applicants must have completed one of the following:
- ACGME-accredited residency program
- AOA-approved residency program
- ACGME-International Advanced Specialty Accreditation program
- RCPSC- or CFPC-accredited residency in Canada
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in:
- Business Administration
- Healthcare Administration
- Or a related field (subject to Program Director approval)
Relevant master’s education may reduce fellowship length to 12 months (pending PD/DIO approval).
