Occupational Therapist (Inpatient Rehab) – Salisbury, MD

We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative inpatient rehab team in Salisbury, MD. This is a full-time, salaried position in a 74-bed rehab hospital known for its neuro-focused caseload and supportive, interdisciplinary model of care.

• Neuro-heavy caseload: 50% neuro (stroke, TBI, cardiac, debility, ortho)

• Interdisciplinary teamwork:
  Treat in “pods” with PT, OT, and SLP plus assistants

• Mentorship & training:
  New grads eased into caseloads; experienced OTs welcomed

• Flexible scheduling: 7/8 AM – 4/5 PM start times, self-managed patient load

• State-of-the-art equipment:
  Bioness, BITS, Motomed, Light Gate, and upcoming ceiling-based Vector system

• Career growth:
  Exposure to certified brain injury and stroke rehab programs, precepting opportunities

• Average 6 patients/day with 1:1 sessions (1–1.5 hrs each)

• Participate in functional ADL training in the hospital’s full ADL suite (kitchen, bathroom, etc.)

• Collaborate with an experienced therapy team and contribute to group therapy sessions

• Weekend rotation: 1–2 days/month with a flex day off during the week

• Competitive salary range (experience-based)

• Loan repayment: $250/month after 6 months

• Relocation assistance available (up to $5,000)

• CEU support and Med Bridge access

• Licensed OT (or eligible) – new grads and experienced OTs encouraged to apply
