Title: Substitute (Teacher/Assistant)

Classification: Full Time/Part time

Location: Eden, Crisfield, Salisbury, Snow Hill, Stockton, Maryland

Classroom substitutes for Early Childhood and Head Start programs assist teachers in planning and implementing learning experiences that advance the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of children within a safe, healthy learning environment. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, which include, but are not limited to:

• Work independently.
• Follow a schedule.
• Implement lesson plans.
• Maintain classroom management.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using the English language when deemed necessary.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Pay Rate: $60 for half a day or $120 for a full day.
• Hours:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
• Classification:
  Contractual.
• Location:
  
  Salisbury, Snow Hill, Eden, Crisfield, Princess Anne, Stockton, MD.
