OB Hospitalist - Salisbury, Maryland
A regional medical center on Maryland's Eastern Shore is seeking Board Certified OB/GYN Physicians to join their OB Hospitalist team. This OB-focused position (no GYN, no clinic) offers excellent work-life balance with 24/7 anesthesiology and neonatology support at their Level III NICU.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary Range: $345,600 - $460,800 annually
- Sign-on Bonus: $20,000 (full-time); prorated for part-time
- Relocation Allowance:
Up to $25,000 - Shift Stipend: $100 per shift

- 6-8 twenty-four-hour in-house shifts per month

- 24/7 anesthesiology and neonatology support
- Level III NICU
- Dedicated community OB/GYN backup available
- No off-shift obligations
- MD/DO, Board Certified (ABOG or AOBOG)
- Maryland license or ability to obtain
- On-call duties required
