• Base Salary Range: $500,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)

Tidal Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to join our growing Women s Health team as a Full-Scope OB/GYN Nocturnist. This position offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive inpatient obstetrics and gynecology in a collaborative, high-quality hospital-based environment, with an integrated teaching opportunity.

• Dedicated nocturnist hospitalist role with predictable night shift scheduling.
• Full-scope OB/GYN practice including:
  • Labor and delivery coverage
  • Cesarean sections and operative obstetrics
  • Emergency gynecologic care and inpatient consultations
• Supportive, team-based model with experienced OB/GYN colleagues, midwives, anesthesiology, and NICU services.
• Teaching and mentorship of medical students and residents.
• Level III Trauma center.
• Spacious examination rooms with state-of-the-art equipment and exceptional OB/GYN support staff.
• No outpatient work.
• More than 2,300 births annually.
• Multi-specialty collaboration with a mission-driven integrated health care delivery model.

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Eligible for Maryland medical licensure.
• Interest in inpatient care, teamwork, and teaching.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply.
