Tidal Health Peninsula Regional, located in Salisbury, Maryland, is seeking a well‑rounded Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to make a difference in the community and join its brand‑new practice! Join our group of over 500 providers in a growing physician‑led, multi‑specialty system.

• Monday-Friday Scheduling
• Call 1:6
• State-of-the-art resources, including a Da Vinci robot, a 120‑Watt laser, and many others
• Over 20 state-of-the‑art operating rooms
• Advanced ambulatory surgery center
• Mix of 2/3 days in Clinic and OR
• Be able to complete a variety of procedures.
• Work‑life balance‑focused practice, including flexible schedules and unmatched practice support.
• Multi‑specialty collaboration with a mission‑driven integrated healthcare delivery model.
• Competitive salary, sign‑on bonus, annual bonus, benefits package including occurrence‑based malpractice, health insurance, CME.
• Base salary range: $504,000 - $635,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty).

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school, with an active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Maryland or the ability to obtain before employment.
• Board Certified in Urology
• An active or unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain before employment.
• Comfortable working in an inpatient and outpatient setting
