Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. overtime hours from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday. With a potential Saturday 6:00 AM-11:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Repair Technician to perform repair, rework, assembly, and testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Depending on experience, technicians may also be involved in advanced troubleshooting, training, or procedure development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic PCB repair and rework tasks under supervision.
- Stuff PCBs, solder wires, and replace thru-hole or basic SMT components.
- Conduct go/no-go testing and assist with mechanical assembly.
- Follow established procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Perform in-line inspection of completed work.
- Carry out other duties as assigned, adhering to company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; electronics coursework or training preferred.
- Basic soldering and assembly skills.
- Familiarity with hand tools, microscopes, and soldering stations.
- Ability to learn and follow technical instructions.
