Repair Technician - Saline, MI
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. overtime hours from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday. With a potential Saturday 6:00 AM-11:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Repair Technician to perform repair, rework, assembly, and testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Depending on experience, technicians may also be involved in advanced troubleshooting, training, or procedure development.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic PCB repair and rework tasks under supervision.
  • Stuff PCBs, solder wires, and replace thru-hole or basic SMT components.
  • Conduct go/no-go testing and assist with mechanical assembly.
  • Follow established procedures and maintain quality standards.
  • Perform in-line inspection of completed work.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned, adhering to company policies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; electronics coursework or training preferred.
  • Basic soldering and assembly skills.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, microscopes, and soldering stations.
  • Ability to learn and follow technical instructions.
