Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our high-performing team at Evangelical Home—a beautiful senior living community offering skilled nursing services.
This is a full-time position offering a rewarding clinical mix, great flexibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Highlights- Provide treatment in SNF settings under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Work in a well-equipped therapy gym with a collaborative interdisciplinary team
- Opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and residents
- Strong clinical leadership and mentorship support
- Current Michigan COTA license
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- SNF and/or outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
- Competitive hourly rate
