We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one support within a facility setting. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living skills, promote independence, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
Client Overview (Saline, MI)Individual: 29-year-old female, non-verbal
Support Needs: Full personal care and daily living assistance
Staffing Need: to split about 62 hours per week between two caregivers
Setting: Facility-based care
Caregivers must be able to reliably work the following shifts:
Sunday: 12:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Monday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Tuesday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Thursday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Provide direct, individualized support based on the person’s needs
Assist with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily routines
Support skill-building and positive behavior strategies
Participate in facility-based activities and routines
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Valid driver’s license
Clean background check
At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently

Pay Rate: $15.40 per hour
Insurance Benefits: Eligible employees working 30+ hours per week may enroll after 90 days. Health insurance includes multiple plan options, with CHS Group covering 60% of the premium. Dental, vision, and Aflac supplemental plans are available (employee-paid premiums via payroll deduction).
Paid Time Off (PTO): Available to all full-time and part-time employees. PTO accrues based on hours worked and becomes available after one year. Accrual increases with tenure, includes limited carryover, and may be used for vacation, illness, or personal time with supervisor approval.
Birthday Benefit: Paid birthday day off after one year of employment.
