Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist (Full-Time)

Location: Saline MI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We aren’t just looking for someone to sit at a desk; we’re looking for the "Director of First Impressions." As the first person our customers see or hear, you set the tone for their entire experience. If you’re organized, energetic, kind, and possess a "can do" attitude, you’ll fit right in.

• The Hub: Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages with a professional flair.
• The Welcome: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and are connected to the right team member.
• Office Zen: Keep the reception area and common spaces (break room, conference rooms) looking sharp and fully stocked. Coffee and popcorn hot and fresh.
• Admin Support: Assist various departments with data entry, filing, etc. Assist in the sale leads distribution and reporting.

• Experience: 1-2 years in a receptionist or customer-facing role (preferred, but we value personality and potential).
• Communication: Crystal-clear verbal and written skills.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
• The "Juggle": The ability to switch gears quickly when three people walk in while the phone is ringing.
• Reliability: You understand that being "the face" of the office means punctuality is a top priority.
