Sales Associate; Lead Generator

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to generate in-home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, and Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income.

Compensation: $20 Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time, Plus Spiff for Sold Leads

Fuel:
Reimbursement of fuel for travel to and from selected warehouses

Benefits:

This is NOT a selling, cold calling, or door-to-door position

Job Duties Will Include

• Speaking to potential customers/homeowners
• Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism & customer support
• Working independently, including weekends
• Training will be provided

Job Requirements

• Professionalism in the warehouse
• Clean and professional appearance
• Must be a High School Graduate & have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel locally to 3-4 stores:
  Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey County
• Must be able to stand 20-30 hours a week
• Friendly and approachable
• Able to speak clearly and professionally
• Strong ability to generate sales
