• Work primarily with a single customer in the home‑improvement segment.
• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws, WIS driver safety requirements, and completing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision—accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow—your playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Drivers, and/or Warehouse work is desired. No inventory experience? No problem—training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, be in low positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use a ladder, and travel via car and occasionally by plane with occasional overnight stays.
