• Clean designated areas, including sweeping and trash removal.
• Push product‑filled bins and stage materials.
• Place product onto conveyor belt.
• Sort out and prep raw materials (radish, snap peas, and snow peas).
• Cover breaks and lunches for Dryer Operators and General Laborers.
• Assemble cardboard boxes when case erector is out of order.
• Cover breaks and lunches for Case Erectors and Packers.
• Distribute condiments.
• Palletize when automated palletizers are out of order.
• Wrap pallets when automated stretch wrapper is out of order.
• Distribute film and stage materials.
• Rework: dispose of bags/bowls/boxes/clams/trays with leakage, Julian date, nitrogen/oxygen, and/or SKU discrepancy issues. Sort items into bins and dump onto incline conveyor belt for reuse.
• Clean cooling shaker when a product changeover is required.
• Clean shaker room at the end of shift.
• Cover breaks and lunches for Case Erectors, Dryer Operators, Bin Dumpers, and Packers.
• Assist with palletizing (taper responsibilities).
• Inspect trans‑slice blades.
• Refill water tanks.
• Sanitize, clean, and blow debris off the floor.
• Operate bin dumper.
• When the Eriez machine (carrot and cabbage blender) is down, manually mix in cabbage and carrots.
• When the line is down, dump product manually.
• Ensure cases flow smoothly and contain the correct amount of product.

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds on a continuous basis and perform repetitive hand and eye movements.
• Must pass the physical strength test.
• Must be able to stand, bend, reach, walk, twist, and squat for the entirety of the shift.
• Must be able to work in cold atmospheres (32–38°F).
• Must be able to work around wet surfaces and moderate to high noise levels.
• Team player and able to multitask on a daily basis.
• Ability to follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work in all areas and environments within the plant.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.
