From the world-famous "Corkscrew" to the high-stakes drama of Premier events and daily track rentals, you will be the guardian of the asphalt. If you have a passion for motorsports and a "get it done" leadership style, this is your chance to make your mark on racing history.

The Role:

Why It Matters

As the Track Manager, you aren't just maintaining a road; you are sculpting a world-class stage. You’ll lead the track maintenance crew year-round, ensuring every turn is pristine and every safety barrier is secure for professional racers and enthusiasts alike.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Lead the Crew
    :
Direct and manage the comprehensive maintenance strategy for the racetrack and surrounding facilities to ensure operational readiness.
  • Safety First
    :
Serve as the primary authority for track safety, designing and supervising the implementation that all surfaces, barriers, and runoff areas meet specific sanctioning body regulations.
  • Event Readiness
    :
Prepare the track for Premier events and track rentals, working directly with sanctioning body reps (like IMSA or Indy Car) and outside vendors.
  • Customer Excellence
    :
Build relationships with track rental clients to ensure their experience is seamless and safe.
  • Operational Precision
    :
Manage job costs, production reports, and scheduling to keep the facility running like a well-oiled machine.
What You Bring to the Starting Line

We are looking for a leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience
: 3–5 years in facility maintenance (motor sport or similar industry required) with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Savvy
    :
Deep knowledge of track or road structure, repair techniques, and the tools of the trade.
  • Machine Operations
    :
Ability to operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Leadership
: A proven ability to train, supervise, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Adaptability
    :
Ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions and jump into the action during weekends and overtime for big race events.
  • Clean Record
: A valid driver’s license and a safe driving history are a must.
