Weather Tech Raceway Laguna Seca is looking for a high-energy, hands-on Track Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and precision of our legendary 2.238-mile circuit.
From the world-famous "Corkscrew" to the high-stakes drama of Premier events and daily track rentals, you will be the guardian of the asphalt. If you have a passion for motorsports and a "get it done" leadership style, this is your chance to make your mark on racing history.
The Role:Why It Matters
As the Track Manager, you aren't just maintaining a road; you are sculpting a world-class stage. You’ll lead the track maintenance crew year-round, ensuring every turn is pristine and every safety barrier is secure for professional racers and enthusiasts alike.
What you’ll be doing :- Lead the Crew
:
Direct and manage the comprehensive maintenance strategy for the racetrack and surrounding facilities to ensure operational readiness. - Safety First
:
Serve as the primary authority for track safety, designing and supervising the implementation that all surfaces, barriers, and runoff areas meet specific sanctioning body regulations. - Event Readiness
:
Prepare the track for Premier events and track rentals, working directly with sanctioning body reps (like IMSA or Indy Car) and outside vendors. - Customer Excellence
:
Build relationships with track rental clients to ensure their experience is seamless and safe. - Operational Precision
:
Manage job costs, production reports, and scheduling to keep the facility running like a well-oiled machine.

Experience & Qualifications- Experience
: 3–5 years in facility maintenance (motor sport or similar industry required) with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. - Technical Savvy
:
Deep knowledge of track or road structure, repair techniques, and the tools of the trade. - Machine Operations
:
Ability to operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. - Leadership
: A proven ability to train, supervise, and motivate a diverse team. - Adaptability
:
Ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions and jump into the action during weekends and overtime for big race events. - Clean Record
: A valid driver’s license and a safe driving history are a must.
