Location: Salinas, Hollister, or Monterey, CA

Compensation: $120,000–$225,000 annually

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person (Hybrid considered after introductory period)

• Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Counsel on trust administration, asset protection, and tax-efficient planning
• Collaborate on complex planning matters
• Handle or assist with probate and trust litigation matters as they arise
• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Transition or build a book of business

• 5+ years of estate planning experience preferred
• Existing book of business a strong plus
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
