The Role
The Workday Integration Developer will serve as a key technical resource for the Workday platform, supporting the Workday Program Manager and multiple operational teams. This role focuses on the design, development, and ongoing support of integrations across Workday modules, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Strategic Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third‑party systems
- Support integrations across Workday HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Strategic Sourcing
- Partner with the Workday Program Manager and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing integrations
- Ensure integration solutions align with Workday best practices and organizational standards
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Workday Integration Developer
- Strong hands‑on experience with Workday integration tools and technologies
- Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
