We are looking for a clinically compassionate OT ready to make a significant impact in a skilled nursing facility setting.

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility patients - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for holistic patient care - Maintain thorough documentation in Net Health according to facility standards

* What We're Looking For:
** - Active CA OT License (or in process under the 60-day rule) - Skilled nursing facility experience preferred (new graduates are welcome; mentorship available) - Strong documentation and time-management skills - Flexible and collaborative mindset - Preference for work schedules:
Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday - Willingness to float to a sister facility within walking distance
** Shift Information:** - Flexible schedule options:
Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
** Certifications/Requirements:** - BLS/BCLS certification required
