• High school diploma or equivalent
• 40‑hour behavioral course must already be completed or must be completed before starting an assignment
• 6 months of ABA experience required
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:30am – 3:45pm

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students with moderate to severe behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement) in a school setting;
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by case supervisors;
• Support students in developing functional communication, social skills, academic success, and daily living abilities;
• Track and document progress, behavior data, and session notes accurately;
• Maintain consistent attendance and demonstrate professional communication with staff and supervisors.

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred;
• At least one year of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or other special needs required;
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 7:50am – 3:30pm (30 hours per week);
• ABA training and knowledge of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Safety Care (QBS) strongly preferred;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must;
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute up to 10 miles (30–45 minutes);
• Physically able to kneel, run short distances, and lift up to 25 lbs.
