• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders in patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Set and achieve personal performance targets in line with company goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize data to track outcomes and improve service delivery.
• Educate patients and families on speech and language disorders.
• Advocate for patients' needs within the healthcare system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Experience with diverse patient populations and various speech disorders.
• Ability to set and achieve personal performance targets.
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
• Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Willingness to advocate for patients within the healthcare system.
• Proficiency in utilizing data to track patient outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining patient records.
