- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders in patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Set and achieve personal performance targets in line with company goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Utilize data to track outcomes and improve service delivery.
- Educate patients and families on speech and language disorders.
- Advocate for patients' needs within the healthcare system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
- Experience with diverse patient populations and various speech disorders.
- Ability to set and achieve personal performance targets.
- Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
- Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
