About Aspiranet
Aspiranet, a leading California‑based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Program Director to join our Behavioral Health division. You’ll play a key role in promoting mental and emotional well‑being through individualized therapy, crisis intervention, and skill‑building support tailored to each person’s unique needs.
The Core Program Manager (CPM I) maintains operational, fiscal, and programmatic oversight of one or more identified core programs, working with staff, community agencies, and other entities to provide quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
:
Draft budgets, strategic plans, manage financial reports, and maintain time‑sheet and expense systems. - Program Operations & Coordination
:
Ensure high standards of operation, compliance with Joint Commission and agency policies; act as liaison among clients, staff, funders, and community partners. - Compliance & Documentation
:
Implement best practices, track outcomes, ensure incident and documentation accuracy, maintain confidentiality. - Team Collaboration
:
Recruit, hire, orient, supervise, evaluate program staff; conduct regular supervision sessions and performance management.
- Education and Experience
:
Master’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of one year prior management experience; minimum of two years experience in a related setting (community based, social services, behavioral health, school based or residential setting). - Licenses and Certifications
:
Meets all state‑required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility (Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL, and clean driving record). Meets all compliance requirements of federal, state, and county regulations through periodic sanction checks.
On‑site role in Salinas, CA. Occasional flexibility required to meet program and client needs.
