Position Overview
Windsor Skyline Care C is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist to join their care team on a part‑time contract basis. This role is ideal for an SLP who excels in providing individualized care and is comfortable working independently within a long‑term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments.
- Develop and deliver patient‑specific treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all evaluations and treatments.
- Active SLP license in the state of California.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work one scheduled day per week for the duration of the contract.
