Position: Hourly Teacher - Migrant Education
Job Summary

Under the direction and supervision of the Coordinator/Administrator or Early Childhood Education Program Director and in cooperation with classroom teachers, provides supplemental instruction to assigned migrant students and performs other job related tasks as required.

• Copy of Transcript
• Credential Copy (Valid California Teaching Credential authorizing K-12 multiple subject instruction OR a Valid California Single Subject (Mathematics) Teaching Credential)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters Required)
• Resume

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of instructional material and methodology which best meets the needs of migrant students
- Knowledge of current research, literature and programs which impact migrant students
- Ability to Work cooperatively with parent and community organizations
- Ability to develop curriculum modules and to plan matching instructional activities
- Ability to work well independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
