Under the general direction of the Director, the Student Information Specialist is responsible for a variety of advanced clerical and statistical record‑keeping duties related to internal and external student information systems.

• Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma
• Any combination of post‑secondary education, training and experience equal to four (4) years, including no less than three (3) years of progressively responsible clerical and/or technical experience
• Experience using student information system(s) (e.g., Power School, CALPADS, SIRAS)
• Possession of an appropriate, valid California Driver’s License with evidence of insurability
• Demonstrates proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish by passing the MCOE Spanish Language Competency Test

• Copy of Transcript (With Conferred Date)

• Proof of HS Graduation
• Resume

All foreign transcripts must be evaluated by a CTC‑approved agency to determine the equivalent U.S. degree and major, and the Foreign Transcript Evaluation must be attached to your application before it will be considered. Desirable
