The Opportunity:

• Mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and hospital call

• Will consider candidates with an interest in a mix of sleep medicine
• $370,000 Base Salary + Productivity Bonus Incentives and Annual Performance Incentive Plan
• $50,000 Recruitment Incentive - Sign-on bonus and Relocation
